Peacock "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

As stated above. I have seen some other forum posts about unlinking my old address, which I have done but the issue has not been resolved and it will still not link to my account. Further reading showed that more support was needing to escalate this issue between Peacock and Xfinity teams. Please help!

Good afternoon Bunth. I would be happy to look into this further for you. Did you do a transfer of service to a new address? Or is this for a brand-new account at a new address? Are you using the same log in credentials?
