Peacock unable to activate

Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account is popping up when I try to activate my Peacock benefit. I tried looking up the account but I could not find what it would be. Is it possible to unlink the xfinity account on your end? Thank you

Hello @lzc72199, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. To troubleshoot Peacock on Xfinity, first ensure your subscription is activated via the Xfinity Assistant or by unlinking/re-linking your account at xfinity.com/activate-peacock. Go to xfinity.com/account, navigate to "Subscriptions," select Peacock Premium, and choose "Unlink Account," then re-link via xfinity.com/activate-peacock. If Peacock Premium isn't working, go to the Xfinity Assistant and look for the "Activate Now" banner.
