Peacock subscription

Hello, I tried to activate my free peacock subscription through xfinity and it says that its activated but when I log into peacock it's asking me to pay to upgrade amd not registering that I should have the premiumsubscription. How do I fix this issue?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

I am having this exact same issue but it seems that no one knows how to fix it.  Xfinity tells me that everything is correct on their side and that I need to contact Peacock support.  Peacock tells me I have to contact Xfinity.  Just going in circles.  I can't believe that no one can fix this issue!!  I have wasted over a month now trying to get this fixed.  Anyone find a resolution??
