Peacock subscription unexpectedly stopped

Hello, I have an Xfinity gigabit internet plan that includes Peacock Premium. A few days ago, my Peacock started showing that I didn't have an active plan. When I log into Xfinity to view my subscriptions, only a Disney+/Hulu bundle is visible. There is no Peacock listed under my subscriptions. (Strangely, when I go to add/manage subscriptions, it shows that Peacock Premium is included) I'm not sure why Peacock stopped working suddenly. I went to a local Xfinity store and the manager said something about an ongoing issue for some Peacock accounts through Xfinity and that I would get an email soon with restored Peacock service, but I have no way of knowing when that will occur.

I am hoping someone can explain exactly what has gone wrong, and what steps are being taken to resolve this issue.

Accessing Peacock is not the issue. I can log into Peacock, but it does not show an active plan.

When I look at my Xfinity subscriptions here (https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions), I don't see Peacock present any more, even though I should I have the subscription included as part of my Xfinity gigabit Internet plan.
