Peacock Reward and Xfinity Diamond Status

I recently upgraded from Superfast Internet to Gigabit, but didn't realize that it included a 2 year free Peacock streaming subscription for free. I do see a prompt to activate this subscription when I log into the Xfinity site, but I have not clicked it yet.

I am also an Xfinity Diamond member and know that the basic Peacock subscription also was free but without an expiration (so as long as I remain either a Platinum or Diamond customer). I'd rather get the subscription through Xfinity rewards rather than through my upgrade internet plan, since there isn't an expiration date on it as of now. Using Xfinity Rewards site, I can see the tile to claim the Peacock reward for my account but I am unable to actually get the reward. All I see is an "exit" button and I cannot claim the reward. For all other non-related awards that I'm able to see, I see a "Get This Reward" button for those but just not the Peacock reward for some reason.

This is all I see:

Why can I not redeem this reward, as I should be eligible as a Diamond rewards member?

Is it because it's conflicting with the subscription that came with my recently upgraded internet plan? If this is the case, is it possible to not use this time-based subscription that comes with the plan and instead use the Xfinity rewards Peacock subscription?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, that didn't do anything. Also, used my phone and logged in via the Xfinity rewards mobile site and got the same thing - no redeem reward button for Peacock, only the exit button.
