Peacock Premium stopped working after moving and transferring service

Hello. My peacock Premium has not been able to be reactivated. Citing my Xfinity account is linked to another peacock account. Nothing has changed with my peacock account. How can I resolve?

Please reach out to Peacock Support: https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/contact-us-in-customer-service and they can confirm the Email that's associated to your profile or clear that information so you can set up a new profile.

My issue is not that I can't log into peacock. I can. The issue is I cannot get my peacock benefit to resync with my account after moving. When on https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions I log in with my credentials and I get an error message that it's linked to another account. I only have 1 account.
