Peacock Premium at no extra cost for Diamond Member

I have been trying to get Peacock Premium at no cost for Diamond Member for over a week now.  Originally, I have been paying for Peacock Premium.  I have tried all of the following plus more:

  • I cancelled it early last week on my Cable Box.  It finally expired on 1/28/26. 
  •  I tried the /rewards link, nothing there to click
  • Tried the /xfinityassistant, nothing there to click
  • I tried the Support Chat, that finally gave me a phone number to call
  • Called the number, talked 45 minute, was given no help as far as Peacock Premium free to Diamond Members.  It seemed like the person never even heard of it.  Instead he tried to sell me Apple, Netflix, Peacock for $15 mo.  Next Mobile with a free phone then Gigabit Internet, etc.
  • I see nothing about Peacock Premium when I log into xfinity on my computer.
  • I do see a photo tile in the Xfinity App on my phone, I click Diamond Explore,  I see the tile for Get Peacock Premium at no Extra Cost.  I click Explore and Redeem and nothing there.
  • I have been following anything I can find on the web or in the forum.

I have wasted hours and hours on this and have gotten nowhere, except extremely frustrated.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try these steps and let me know if you were able to activate Peacock Premium?

1. Log in to your account on xfinity.com, then open Xfinity Assistant: xfinity.com/xfinityassistant
2. Click Activate Now on the banner that states, "Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation." If you don't see the banner, try typing in "Peacock Premium Activation".
3. You will be redirected to Peacock, so you will want to finish activation on the Peacock site.
Note: You must use the primary email address associated with your Xfinity ID to redeem this Peacock offer. If you use another email address, the system won’t recognize the offer as valid. 

After activating in the Xfinity Assistant, you will want to finish the set up via Peacock by doing the following:

1. Visit https://www.peacocktv.com/ and click “Sign In” 
2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Peacock account (this may be the same login as Xfinity, it may not be. If you have multiple email addresses, I would try them all. You can also select “I don’t know my password” if necessary.)
3. After signing in, you will be able to confirm if you have access to the site. (You can do additional double-checks on account as well by clicking “Account,” navigating to “Plans & Payment”, and confirming monthly charges = $0.00)

  1. I logged in got to xfinity assistant
  2. There is no Banner.  Typed Peacock Premium Activation - it tells me how wonderful Peacock is.  Clicked Activate Peacock at the bottom - get FAQ.  Clicked Manage Subscription in TV App - get History
  3. there is no redirection since there was no banner.
  4. I didn't think it would work, but I went to peacocktv.com and signed in
  5. I was on the Peacock site, where I could watch it from a computer, etc. but it said "Get Now" See all plans
  6. Went to Account, it said You are not subscribed.

My problem seems to be that there is No Banner, no matter how I move around on the site.  No way to Activate it.
