Peacock Error

I can’t register for my Peacock account. I keep on getting the “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It PPG_0017_1131ba9” error. I had an old xfinity account and no one has been able to fix this when I call customer support.

@user_4ix5pi Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Have you previously had Peacock at another location, or used a different email address to activate it? Have you tried unlinking accounts by following the directions here? Was this a Xfinity Member Reward you redeemed, or included as part of your plan?

I had a previous xfinity account. I’ve always used the same email address. I can’t log into my old account to unlink it.

Did you previously have a Peacock subscription on the old account, or are you trying to activate or sign up for the subscription now?

@user_4ix5pi Thank you for clarifying that you had Peacock with the previous account. Can you follow the directions here to attempt to unlink the accounts and then see if you are able to activate the Peacock programming?

I see both accounts when I follow the instructions. When I click on managing the accounts, I only have the option to make changes to my current account.
