Peacock Activation

I seem to have a similar problem as other's, but the remedies listed don't work for me.

I claimed my Peacock Premium subscription, but it has never shown up under my subscriptions. And if I try to use the https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock link, it just takes me back to the mysubscriptions page, showing that I have no subscriptions.

AI is telling me to write this in my post:

I claimed my complimentary Peacock Premium reward. It shows as claimed on my rewards page, but it is missing from my subscriptions page and the Assistant will not generate the link. I need a manual Peacock Premium entitlement reset/provisioning fix on my account backend.
