Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_qowv5g. Do you see any error messages along with the code? Is this happening on multiple browsers and devices? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies?

@XfinityDilary yes, it's telling me my xfinity account is already linked to a peacock account. But I only have one peacock account.
