Peacock account access

Is it possible to reset my account's Peacock. The old one can be deleted, as I'm taking over for my mother who pass away 3 years ago. I no longer have her Email, so I can't access any reset information. Every time I try to connect, I get "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that Peacock issue. Have you gone to: 

  1. the Xfinity StreamStore at www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
  2. Under the Peacock row, choose Unlink your Peacock subscription in the Help and more info section.Choose Unlink Peacock.
  3. On Peacock site, you can choose a new email and create a new account if needed.
  4. Set new password or log in with existing password.
