user_y2ex89 Thanks for reaching out for options to change your payment method. To do so through the Xfinity app please follow these steps:
  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to **Billing & Payment**.
  3. Click on **Payment Preferences**.
  4. Scroll to **Stored payment methods**.
  5. Provide the last four digits of the payment method you want to change.
  6. Click **Edit** to modify or **Remove** to delete the payment method.

If you run into any trouble using the app we also have phone agents that can do it for you at 1 800 Xfinity, and our chat agents through our website can also assist. I would help myself if I could, but we don't have the option to modify payment methods through this platform for security purposes.
