Claiming a Refund Online
If your refund is $500 or less and can’t be returned to your last payment method, you’ll receive an email from notifications@refunds.xfinity.com with a link to claim it.

Create a username and password to sign in.
If it’s your first time on the refund site, fill out your details in My Profile.
Complete an email identity verification.
After verifying, click Yes to confirm your refund.
Choose how you'd like to receive it:
A virtual card
A physical card by mail

Review and agree to the Terms.
