Pay bill for disconnected Service

I am trying to pay the outstanding bill for my account where I have disconnected service. When logging into my account, the Comcast website blocks me out of the bill pay section. When attempting to use the "pay bill without signing in" feature on Comcast's website, it continue to redirect me back to the login page. Shouldn't be so hard to try to give you money....
