Password reset

Xfinity is suddenly asking me to log in using my password. Although Xfinity has my correct phone number, their technology is broken and does send the text message to me. The associate then said he would send something to my email which is rediculous since I can’t access because I don’t know my password. Xfinity associate stated there is nothing else he can do, it’s my problem to figure out…….how do I resolve this, I’ve had this email account for years…….?????

@user_birv1p I appreciate you making us aware that of the email log in issue you're experiencing via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem.

 

So that we do go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what you've done to troubleshoot this on your end? Have you tried going through the fogot password link on our website?
