Password reset failed
When I attempted to reset my password while connected to the Xfinity network on a wired connection, I got the following error link and page after verifying the code.
https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/reset?execution=e1s2

If the problem persists, please contact us and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
I contacted technical support a few times, but they were not able to help and never followed up on tickets that were filed.
Today, I spoke to an agent and she texted me a link to a phone to try on the Wifi network.
The link started with https://t.xfin.me/[HexadecimalCodeHere]
With that link I was able to reset the password without the error.

do what the replying representative suggested below.
To say I was beyond frustrated is to say, that the defendant in Kafka, 'The Trial' was having a bad day.
