Password authentication
My password doesn't work anymore. All the sudden the password I had been using doesn't work anymore. Error says authentication problem. After 2hrs with xfinity ppl online "troubleshooting"problem not resolved. Ugh!

Where are you having trouble signing in? Is this to My Account, Email? Did you use your email address to sign in here, and the password worked?
