ownership change ticket status

I went to a local Xfinity store and opened a ticket to change ownership along with all of the requested documents. I was given a phone number but it always goes to voice mail and mailbox is full. How can I find the status of my ticket? Other forum postings on this subject say to send a direct message but I don't see the direct message icon.
