Ordered WiFi nearly a month ago, still no account to log into and track
I’m assuming this has to do with everyone ordering internet service at once right after I did due to COVID19 quarantine.
I signed up for Xfinity, ordered and was given a prompt giving me my comcast username saying “My Account is being set up” and to check back shortly to track and view. That was nearly a month ago.
The fun part is that I’m still getting physical spam mail from Xfinity telling me to sign up now as I wait to actually be able to use the service I already purchased.
Any insight into how long I’m going to be waiting? Because others I know in my area signed up and had service within days a month ago.
