Ordered internet service but no confirmation email

So I recently ordered internet service for my new home and I did not receive any email or notification indicating I had made a purchase. According to emails I did receive from Xfinity, I have an xfinity ID but keep getting an error whenever I try to sign in on the xfinity website. After I put in my xfinity ID and try to sign in, it will take me back to the Xfinity homepage and prompts me to sign in yet again. It will let me change the password to my account, but I cannot stay signed in to view any details regarding my Xfinity account.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
