Order Confirmed but still can't access account/log in/activate service
I was chatting with an agent yesterday and they helped me resubmit an order for internet service (self install) that had been cancelled due to an error. They told me I would be able to activate my internet service remotely by connecting to customer support again since I have my own modem and router, however it seems my account is now not able to be looked up with my phone number or address despite me receiving an order confirmation email.
I have never been able to log in to my xfinity account and receive various error messages on the website and app. I get an error "Sorry, we ran into a problem. It looks like you come from an unknown source." when I click the link emailed to me to start an account, and when I try to sign in to the mobile app it prompts me to call customer support. When I attempt to log in with email it prompts me to verify my email address, but the verification link is expired.
I have no idea what to do now to activate service or log in?

@evangelinegallagher, Thank you for reaching out with your concerns about getting your service started. I would be happy to take a closer look. Please send us a DM with your name and address by doing the following:
Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
