Only primary user can access...

I am the only person on the account and am not the primary user. It says I am a member of the account and due to this, I cannot access my billing or chat with a representative or watch HBOMax or really anything.

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

Again, this did not help as I already have seen that it has me listed as a member of the account but not the primary user. After using the lookup tool, again, it confirms that I am the only user on the account with nothing else linked aside from my username, Comcast email, and personal email.
