Online Account Issues

Hello I'm having somewhat of a simular issue. My account app shows my new address but also lists my old address. Under the new address it lists TV and voice but no internet. On the old account it lists internet only but says it's been disconnected. I need to make sure my account is set up correct and does have internet, TV,  and voice at the new address only.

Also, I upgraded my plan to include 200mbps internet speeds, TV, and voice when I moved.

Moving is so stressful by itself that I would really appreciate the piece of mind knowing that I have the speeds that I have paid for,  as I work from home. I've been a loyal customer for 5-6 years and have never encountered such a problem. Please help ease my mind
