Old recovery phone and email

I am on a new computer and need a code sent, but the phone number and recovery email on my account are old and unusable. I know my user name and password and don't need to change them, just need the code to log in.

I had to use my sister's account to even be able to ask a question!!!

And I still am trying multiple times to send a question. It keeps failing.
