Old bill trouble

I recently changed addresses and I am unable to pay the last bill for my last address or access my old account in any way. How does xfinity expect me to pay a bill they actively refuse to let me access? Nothing on the app or website let's me switch accounts. Logging out then back in doesn't let me choose between accounts like xfinity claims is possible. Is there any way to actually pay this bill or must I hire a lawyer?

Hey, @Shshhshsjs! Thanks for taking the time to create this post with your billing concern. I totally understand wanting that taken care of, and I'm glad you reached out :) If you transferred service when you moved, any previous balance (owed or credit) would simply transfer to the new account, which could take a little time. What was the date of your move, or when was service activated at the new location?

The service was just active today so the bill might not have updated. What confused me was receiving an email with my old xfinity ID saying I owed for this current month. My active account says I owe nothing. I just dont want xfinity claiming Im not paying the bill.
