Old Addresses Preventing Xfinity Hotspot use

I have three addresses listed on my Comcast account. It would seem that my current and active address is not being recognized by the Hotspot login. I login and it wants me to pay the hourly charge of $3.95.  No one on the phone can seem to figure out how to fix it. Tired of the back and forth.
