Notice of Home Sale and Request for Account Transfer
I’m writing to inform you that the property located at

is scheduled to close on May 23rd, 2025. Closing document attached.
As such, I kindly request that all utility services currently under my name be discontinued or transferred effective on that date, as the new owners will be assuming responsibility moving forward.
Please let me know if there are any forms or steps required on my end to facilitate this transition smoothly.
