@niftyneedle Thank you for making us aware you're not receiving any text messages from anyone including us. I'd be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're having. Have you by any chance restarted your device? How about shutting it off completely then turning it back on, have you tried that?

I’m having the same issue and have been for about two months now, I’ve called and called and opened ticket after ticket with absolutely No Resolution!!!!!! Can someone please look into this and fix this problem????
