Not receiving emails on iPhone

I am not receiving emails on my iPhone. The infinity app says I no longer have an account. I no longer have Xfinity cable or internet. I have a Comcast.net email address.

How do I reset my password if that’s needed or how do I gain access to my email?

Hi Mark,

I checked my email again and they appeared. Weird. It went on for 1 1/2 days. I wonder if it had to do with my iPhone battery being set to optimize?

If you ever need to reset your password you can visit this website: https://www.xfinity.com/email > go down to "forgot password" > select reset and then answer the next few questions to get the reset link sent.
