Not authorize user and can't login

I called and message people on the Xfinity customer support, they are stating I'm not authorized user on chat/ and when I called they said my account was not set up all the way and hang up the phone, Doesn't let me log into my own account. I already paid $50 deposit, and waiting on my modem to arrive, but no sign of it. I'm just trying get my internet set up,

Hello, @Dominator0331. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Have you created an Xfinity User ID for the account? The easiest way would be online. You can check the steps HERE. If you already have an Xfinity User ID but are unable to log in, or don't remember what it is, you can locate the Xfinity User ID HERE. Let me know if these steps help.
