Not able to view my account online

For the past year I have not be able to veiw my account or pay my bills online.

What is comcast going to do to address this issue?

This is sad since camcast keep raising our fees for service, but we continue to receive bad service.

Please free free to contact me, but I know that I won't hear from anyone about this issue.

Thank you in advance for taking care of your customers.

Apologies you had the issue you experienced, it seemed to be a back end database issue which I've resolved. Let me know if you're able to sign in now using your identity. There was a spencegb2 created as a placeholder, you can delete that as needed. If you have any further issues or questions, feel free to direct message me.
