Not able to link old and new accounts
I'm trying to link my new with my old account online (my.xfinity.com), but keep getting this message "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."

I am also having the same issue since I moved in to a new apartment and transferred service. Internet is also super slow. Could you please help? Thanks
