Not able to link old and new accounts

I'm trying to link my new with my old account online (my.xfinity.com), but keep getting this message "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."

Hi @wmpbrown have you tried inviting the other account via https://customer.xfinity.com/users/add-user
