Hello user_32tisz thank you so much for taking the time and reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums! Troubleshooting can be done easily via the Xfinity App

Fix your TV service using the Xfinity app

What specifically is going on with the TV? Are we seeing error messages or error codes on screen? Are you seeing just a colored screen(Black, Blue, Green, etc.)? If you have picture, is it coming in distorted? And is this happening on all cable boxes in the home?

I'm not sure why the Xfinity App would show a blank screen, but we can look into that as well. For the TV services, we'll leave these basic troubleshootin instructions that should help resolve most issues:

Troubleshooting steps
Make sure the TV and your TV Box are plugged into working power outlets.

Hand-tighten all cable connections so they aren’t loose.
If you’re using an HDMI cable, confirm that it’s plugged into the correct ports on the TV (HDMI1 or HDMI2) and the TV Box (HDMI out). To learn more, see Understanding the connection types.

Turn on the TV and the TV Box.

Confirm that the TV is set to the correct input. This is the port on the back of the TV that your HDMI cable is plugged into. For example: if your HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI 1 port on your TV, the TV input you will select is HDMI 1.

If you've tried the steps above and there’s still no picture:
Press Exit > Exit > Exit > 720 on your Xfinity remote.
This sets the resolution to 720 and should bring the picture back.

To change the resolution again, press the xfinity button on your remote. Then go to the Gear Icon (settings) > Device Settings > Video Display, and choose the resolution you want.
