No Primary User, Random Address

I have been reassigned to Member instead of Primary User, so I can't see any of my information. My wife is also not a Primary User, and I don't know who else would be. I also have a random address listed in my account. I am worried it has been merged with someone else's account.

Hello, @louie.e thank you for taking time to create a post. I completely understand where you're coming from with the wanting to ensure your Xfinity IDs aren't linked to another account. With only having the member role I know access limited. Can you by chance see if you have the option to unlink the unknown address: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts?

Thanks for the quick reply! No, there is not an option to unlink it (probably because I'm just a "member"). But that is definitely not my address.
