No Primary Account Holder on Account

Last year I spent 2 hours on call sorting this issue out, there is no Primary Account holder listed anymore and I am no longer able to access anything. There is no one else on the list of users.

My question is this: How do I set myself as the Primary Account holder again?
Keep in mind that there is no other user listed as the Primary Account holder. If you believe the solution is to ask the Primary Account holder I will assume you have not read this and if that is the case you will find there is a lack of grace in my response.
I will not be calling the help line, as I wish to resolve this over text so that it may be documented for use later.

@user_r2z8q6 Thank you for making us aware there's no Primary user on the account via Forums. Have you by any chance tried visiting this link to learn how you can create a Primary profile https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts?

Hello Raul,
Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to answer this issue. If it is possible I would ask you consider taking a little more  of your time and read the post again. If this still does not help I suggest you find a coworker who would perhaps read the problem out to you. I am excited to continue working with you on this despite the issues we may face in communication.

Hoping this clears up any communication issues for the moment and if they do not feel free to reach out to me. If this is not satisfactory I suggest you consider reaching out to your manager and getting a second opinion on your occupational placement at the company.

@user_r2z8q6 The link provided by Raul allows you to manage any user profiles on the account. If you believe that there is no user profiles any more then you can attempt to create a new one for the account following the steps here:

We can also look into the account to confirm what we see. But would be limited on access to the account if we cannot text or email an authentication code to you. As those go to the contact info set up for the primary user. Send us a direct message with your full name and service address if the steps in the link above don't allow you to set up a new primary user. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

Hey just wanted to reach out and say thank you for trying to attempt the same solution that still has not work. (Third times the charm, right?) But I do really appreciate your conceding in this issue and instead redirecting me to Xfinity Support.
It was my understanding that you or your coworker were part of Xfinity Support, I hope in the future that you are capable of helping people beyond redirecting them.

The link provided does NOT tell users how to create a Primary user BECAUSE ONLY A COMCAST/XFINITY EMPLOYEE CAN DO THAT

A user with the Primary login can transfer that role to another user, but cannot create one if no Primary user exists. 

@user_r2z8q6: Have you already checked the UserID Lookup Tool at https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup? After you enter the requested information, the page will tell you the UserIDs on your account and indicate which one, if any, is Primary.
