No Help! New Yahoo email terrible and no help from Xfinity!
Was recently locked out of my email. Went to Xfinity store unlocked the account no problem. Try to access my email now, which was recently switched by Xfinity to Yahoo. I have called Yahoo support probably 8 times and we are unable to verify the account, so we don't get anywhere. Every time I scan my driver's license and take a selfie, to be told by support that a computer does the verification and it has failed. So even though it's ME, I am expected to call back every day, like I have time to do so, and go through this all over again! Yahoo claims there is no person to do the verification manually and Xfinity now tells us they can't do anything and call Yahoo! Thanks Xfinity! I am now going to lose access to an email I have had for I don't know how many years because you decided to outsource your email system to a company that doesn't care! Debating on cancelling all my Xfinity services, ridiculously expensive and for what?
