No Forum email notifications since Friday

I am no longer receiving Forum email notifications at https://connect.xfinity.com/ from "Community Mailer". The last one is timestamped Friday 4/2/2021 at 11:45 AM. I've received 22 notifications via the Forum "bell" icon since then, but no emails. The Spam folder is empty. Other emails seem to be arriving as expected. My profile Notification Preferences have Email and Platform selected for all categories. Could someone check on this for me please?

Thank you, but the address is correct. It works fine when I copy it from my profile and paste it into the To: line of an email. And, as stated above, my profile Notification Preferences have Email and Platform selected for all categories. Also, since the switch to the new forum software I've received hundreds of email notifications, up until 11:45 AM on 4/2. Nothing since then. Whatever is wrong with my profile seems to be beyond my control.

Two and a half months later, email notifications for "comments" have been fixed, but I'm still not receiving any notifications for "replies". No email, no bell icon, nothing. This deficiency severely limits the usefulness of the Forum.
