No confirmation email and unable to access my bill/account settings

Hello,

I signed up for Xfinity Internet just now but didn't receive any confirmation email for my service order. Every link (My Bill, Account Settings, etc.) in my.xfinity.com gives me the error "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."

@Dolphin_Wood thank you so much for your post for help with your new account. When setting up new services with us your Xfinity ID or log-in information is not enabled until after your account is successfully created. Once you have received a confirmation email then you would be able to proceed with setting up an online account and Xfinity ID. With most orders placed online once the order is successfully completed you would receive a confirmation email right away. If you have not received a confirmation email, and it has been more than 24 hours please re-try your order. Make sure to close all browser windows and clear your browser cookies before starting at https://comca.st/3Sq97JD as a new customer and without logging into the site. Make sure you are using your full mailing address including any apartment or unit numbers as it is recognized by the USPS.
