No confirmation email after purchase plan as new customer

Hi,

I just purchased a plan and created an Xfinity id and password as a new customer. However, there is no confirmation email of purchased plan and when I log into Xfinity account, it allows me to log in, but only drop down tab from right is "Log Out" and when I click to view Billing, it is a never ending loading screen. Is this supposed to happen after purchasing a plan as a new customer? When can I expect confirmation email of my plan? I would like to check my appointment and plan order have been submitted and processed successfully. If not, I'd like to know so I can try again.
