No Account Error
Hello,
I have had Xfinity service since October 4th, 2019. I received the link in my email to get started with my account and signed up using my primary email address. When I logged into my account after creation, I received a message that said "Thanks for your purchase. Your account and services are being set up. Check back soon." or something to that effect. It has been 25 days and I am still unable to access my Xfinity account. It seems as if my account isn't associated with my address because when I go back to the "Get Started" email and put in my address, it says there is no account associated and that I should create one. Well, I would, but both my mobile phone number AND primary email address are being used by the account I thought I had created for my service address. Is there a way to delete my old account or link my account to my service address?
