Newsletters subscribed to not being received

I have not been receiving newsletters from different organizations that I am subscribed to. Some are media orgs and some are retail companies and one small business. Please help me resolve. They are not in junk or spam and it is definitely an xfinity problem. Please help me unblock!

Hi there, user_gv3xka! We are happy to help further with your missing emails. Thanks for checking the Spam folder for them as well! Have you seen these emails come through in the past?

Are you getting other emails, just not the newsletters?

How are you accessing your email box such as on a laptop using our website or a mobile device using a 3rd party email program?

I used to receive all of them and over time they have stopped, not all at once. I receive lots of emails, just not certain newsletters. I get my emails on apple devices - MacbookPro, iPhone and iPad. Same emails show and same don't on each device.

So the emails are showing on some devices, but not others, is that correct? Is the Spam Filtering feature active? Have we attempted to add the email addresses to the Email Safe List?

No that is not correct. I have the same emails on each device. The newletter emails are not showing up anywhere. They used to. The previous person asked me whether I was getting other emails and the answer is yes.

The missing emails to which I subscribe are no where, including spam. Xfinity has something blocking.

The link provided details how to add email addresses to your safe list, which means they will be delivered to the inbox and not go into Spam. This may also help getthem fully delivered to you if they are not coming through.
