New user, unable to sign into xfinity account (after multiple long calls with customer service)
I recently moved to a new place and got xfinity internet. However I am unable to log into my xfinity account. Everytime I login, I get this general message:
"Thanks for your purchase, Yuvraj!
We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
I can't setup autopay or configure my internet. This is really impacting my day to day now. Can someone please help fix this issue.
