New user can’t log into account

Hello, I’m a new user and have purchased a plan for internet. I’m trying to set up my account. But every time I try to log in I get an error about unauthorized user.

Hello @user_ff2fc8, we are excited to know you choose us as your go to provider. Here's to many years of service! I am sorry to read you are having trouble getting your online account set up. It sounds like you are a few steps ahead of where you need to be. No worries, I can help! Please, make sure you are signed out, and go back in as a new customer, add the service to your cart, select the start date, and consent to the changes. Once you have service started, you can create your online account. Basically, you need established service before you can create an account. If you still need help, we are available here 24/7.
