New service

I signed up for internet today and a pre authorization was placed on my debit account. When will I get a confirmation email? Or a tracking email for the router? I can't log in without an error screen. How do I know it worked?

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Ah okay, that is good to hear. May I ask the contact number and email address you associated with your account? I can also make sure the order is set up correctly on my end. What was the service that you ordered?
