New purple website slow and unusable. Billing side is broken!!!

I have been trying for the past week to access the billing side of the website and it finally loads, but now I cannot change/set up my autopay. It appears to load for a split second then goes white and no changes even after several minutes. This on a Macbook Pro  M2Pro with Sonoma 14.2.1 on Chrome Version 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (arm64) and Safari Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12).

Have you tried Firefox?

Hey there @user_gg5fl1 thanks so much for reaching gout about these issues with the Xfinity site after updating to the most recent Apple software. Was this an issue prior to the update? Does the same thing occur when using Private/Incognito Browsing? Have cache/cookies been cleared? Does the issue present itself on anything NOT updated to Sonoma 14.2.1?

I had a similar issue (billing page appeared to load for a split second, then went white). I was able to troubleshoot it to the password manager (1Password) browser extension. Once I disabled this, the page loaded just fine.

I had this extension loaded on all of the browsers that I have installed (Brave, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and none of them worked due to the extension. Clearing cookies and cache didn't help at all. Disabling the extension worked every time. Normally, I'd blame the 1Password extension itself, but the Xfinity website is the only site with which I've had issues, so I suspect it has more to do with the Xfinity site itself.

My man, the process you just described is the exact same troubleshooting path I went through. I like you, confirmed that many people were having the same problem, only to claim privacy mode fixed it. This seemed strange to me cause privacy mode accesses and loads websites no differently than standard mode, other than by default most people leave extensions disabled. After finding out that 1password was in conflict with Xfinity, I share your thoughts about this being some misconfiguration or bad coding on Xfinity side because I literally have no problems with 1password on 4 different browsers on win, mac and linux! Although Xfinity will say "We're so happy you found the problem with your buggy extension. Just disable it!" I'm going to submit this to 1password's team and see what they find.

Bumping this thread as I'm having the same issue. Has anyone heard back from 1Password on this?
