I am in the process of moving and made an account last week and any time I try to log in it tells me i basically am not a customer yet when I redid my order yesterday to see what was going on it found my email address and linked it to it again. Yet when trying to log in it doesnt accept my email, phone number or any logg in stuff.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
