New Account Creation

Hello Xfinity team - I scheduled an installation appointment for 12/1 yesterday over the phone. I received the confirmation and created my Xfinity account. Now when I sign in, I receive an error message stating "There isn't  an Xfinity service associated with this Xfinity ID". Did something go wrong with my account during account creation? I still see that my appointment is scheduled for 12/1 to install internet, but I cannot click on any other links within the app or web portal without getting this error. Additionally, my account and identity page states "This account is no longer active.". Please let me know if there is something to do to fix this.
