New account created - can't access "account and identity" or "update contact info".
I'm a new customer that just created a new account an hour ago so I can buy the internet bundle deal, but every time I click on the "account and identity" or "update contact info" tab I get the "something unexpected happened. try refreshing the page." error. I tried using chrome, firefox, and internet explorer. I even cleared my cache and I still get this error.


Also, when I try to look up my xfinity ID, I get this error message: "This information doesn't match our records". I have already gotten the verification code.

Did you ever receive any type of confirmation email with the services you've selected? If you hadn't received that confirmation email within 24 hours, there is the chance that the account may not have been created or there may have been an error on the back end.
