New account created - can't access "account and identity" or "update contact info".

I'm a new customer that just created a new account an hour ago so I can buy the internet bundle deal, but every time I click on the "account and identity" or "update contact info" tab I get the "something unexpected happened. try refreshing the page." error. I tried using chrome, firefox, and internet explorer. I even cleared my cache and I still get this error.

Also, when I try to look up my xfinity ID, I get this error message: "This information doesn't match our records". I have already gotten the verification code.
