New account but unavailable

I just started a new account for internet only on Sunday, August 16 2020. I just tried to access new account info on where my new equipment is. And I have no access. It directs me to a page that says logout, you no longer have an account. Please help me

Start with going to www.Xfinity.com/id and check to make sure you have the correct sign in credentials. At times it may be your mobile phone number.
